It is quite a challenge for parents to inform their teens that they are actually moving out.  Teens would have a different way of catching up with the changes (location, school, and even friends) that is why moving out to a  new place is usually a horrible idea for teens. However, there are best ways that you can use to ensure that the entire moving out would be least horrible for them.  Below are some of these ways:   Frequently talk about how beautiful and exciting the new place would be. Telling your teens that are a lot of good and beautiful things to expect in the new house can somehow ease out the horrible feelings that they have about moving out.  You can also rationalize the moving out by telling them that greater opportunities await them in the new home.You can involve your teens in the preparation such as packing and labeling the boxes.  This will give them the idea that it is really going to happen and that everyone is getting excited about it.  Find time to have them see the new place.  If possible, tour the teens in the whole area.  Show them what beautiful things await them in the new home.    Doing these tips can somehow alleviate the pain and stress that your teens may be experiencing due to the whole idea of moving out.
