If you have antiques though, make sure that the company you are hiring specializes on antiques too. If not, you should let a specialist to handle your valuable antiques. Before your things are loaded, take photos of your things so you will have an evidence of their condition. Should they be damaged or lost you would have evidence. It would be easier for you to claim insurance.
 
Make sure you are there to supervise the movers though to make sure that they are indeed doing their job properly. You can remind them about the fragile items and check whether some boxes are still not loaded.
