Buy a House as a Student-Practical or Not? Can you feel the burden of paying your house rental every month? That is just natural especially if you are still a student because you need to always make both ends meet for you to finish your studies. But if buying your own house has ever crossed your mind, that is a different story. Yes, this is undoubtedly an excellent idea but bear in mind that it is not close to reality because you need to have a very large amount of money just to purchase a home that will suit both your needs and your budget. So, this is not a practical idea at all. Just the mere fact that you are finding it hard to pay your monthly rental fees, it is already a way to show you that buying a house as a student a wrong move at the wrong time. You also need to consider so many things because home buying is not an easy process especially if you don't have any background about it. Some of the things that you have to carefully give consideration to are your financial status, responsibility, the initial outlay and the time.  Since you are just a student, you have to persevere and be patient first because when you already have a job, home buying will just be so simple and easy.
